In some cases, a visa is required if you want to stay in Denmark for up to 90 days.
The possibility of obtaining a visa to Denmark depends on which country you are a citizen of. It also depends on whether you are included in the asylum country group, immigration country group or tourist country group.
The Danish Immigration Service has categorized countries into groups 1-5, and this categorization has an impact on how an application should be formulated. We recommend consulting a lawyer, as a lawyer can help you draft the application correctly and ensure the submission of relevant documentation.
Some countries are exempt from visitor visas. Read more about this on the Danish Immigration Service's website.
