We can help you if you have been denied asylum in Denmark and your case is now being processed in Refugee Appeals Board. Let one of our lawyers help you as we understand the requirements you need to fulfill.
You must have a well-founded risk of persecution on account of your race, religion, nationality, political opinion or membership of a social group by returning to your home country. In addition, you can also be granted asylum if you risk the death penalty, torture, punishment or inhumane treatment. You must stay in Denmark while your application is being processed.
We have immigration lawyers who are ready to help you with your asylum case. We have had asylum cases overturned before, and we will do what we can to help you too.

Here's how your asylum case process works with us
It is Danish Immigration Service, which will process your asylum case in the first instance. You will be called in for an interview at the Immigration Service in Copenhagen, where you will be asked to explain why you are applying for asylum. Most people are called for two interviews.
The Immigration Service will verify whether your story is true. If you give different explanations about key details of your case, it may be difficult to be granted asylum. It is therefore important that you prepare for the interviews by refreshing your memory of what you have been through.
If you are denied asylum, your case is automatically appealed to Refugee Appeals Board. There is no fee for the appeal. If you are denied asylum and your case goes to the Refugee Appeals Board, you can choose the lawyer who will handle your case.
If you receive a final asylum rejection, you must leave Denmark immediately afterwards.
